It had been a long-ass time since Kenzi had been to a show like that. The energy of the crowd, seeing all those kids just so psyched and ready for this. The last time she'd played with Nate, they'd had maybe twenty people show up and only ten paying any attention. But this... this was something else. She was getting a contact high just by being there. And seeing Galen on stage was like flipping a switch. Day and night. It was pretty freakin' magical and she couldn't have wiped the smile off her face if she tried.

In fact, that smile was still there as the band wrapped up their set and she headed to the backstage area. Bo had to deal with something kind of sudden and very Lauren-related, so the plan was to take Portia. Unfortunately, Portia had to cover a shift at the pizza place an couldn't go either. It was probably around that time that Kenzi realized she needed more friends her own age because there was no way Dyson or Hale would be caught dead having fun at a concert unless it was someone like Beyonce-fae and Hale had a chance to get with her after. Whatever. Kenzi wasn't going to miss this for the world. Alone is better than not at all. Hell, alone was amazing.

She hovered awkwardly, desperately trying to resist the urge to pick up a few things with her always-sticky fingers in an attempt to make a good impression. How lame would going right up to him after the show be? Really lame. She knows the need for downtime and all that junk, even on a much, much, MUCH smaller scale. Instead, she opts to lean against a wall and tries to pick out who's fae and who's human. Faedar. She's usually at about a sixty percent accuracy rate these days.
